Terms of Use

1. General Information

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website and the invoicing platform provided by QUALYTRA SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (hereinafter, "the Platform").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Platform, the user expressly accepts these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services. Registering and continuing to use the Platform implies acceptance of these terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and other documents incorporated by reference.

3. Description of the Service

The Platform offers a software-as-a-service (SaaS) invoicing management service that includes:

• Creation, issuance and management of electronic invoices
• Customer and supplier management
• Income and expense tracking
• Generation of tax and accounting reports
• Secure cloud storage
• Data import and export

4. Registration and User Account

To use the Platform, the user must:

• Providing truthful, accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• Immediately reporting any unauthorised use of your account
• Being responsible for all activities carried out under your account

The user must be over 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract. Companies must be legally incorporated and represented by authorised persons.

5. Plans and Pricing

The Platform offers different subscription plans:

• Freelancer Plan: €12.40 + VAT/month (monthly) or €9.92 + VAT/month (annual)
• Plan PYME: €12.40 + VAT/month (monthly) or €9.92 + VAT/month (annual)
• Accounting Firm Plan: €12.40 + VAT/month (monthly) or €9.92 + VAT/month (annual)

The SME and Accounting Firm plans include up to 3 users. Each additional user costs €2 + VAT/month. The Accounting Firm plan includes additional costs per managed customer, with volume discounts.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice. Changes will not affect already-contracted subscriptions until their renewal.

6. Payment and Billing

• Payment is made in advance by credit card or other authorised methods
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand
• Payments are non-refundable, except in cases established by law
• In the event of non-payment, QUALYTRA may suspend access to the service
• The user will receive an electronic invoice for each payment made

7. Cancellation and Termination

The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their control panel. The cancellation terms are:

• Access will remain active until the end of the paid period
• For annual subscriptions cancelled before their renewal date, months used will be charged at the undiscounted monthly rate
• No refunds will be issued for unused periods on monthly plans
• QUALYTRA may terminate the account if these Terms are violated

After cancellation, the user will have 30 days to export their data before it is permanently deleted.

8. Uso Aceptable

The user agrees to:

• Using the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
• Not reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the source code
• Not overloading, damaging or impairing the operation of the Platform
• Not using the service for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Not sharing your account with unauthorised third parties
• Not using unauthorised robots, scrapers or automated tools

9. Propiedad Intelectual

All intellectual property rights to the Platform, including software, design, code, trademarks and content, are the exclusive property of QUALYTRA SOCIEDAD LIMITADA. The user only obtains a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these Terms. Data entered by the user remains their property.

10. Availability and Support

QUALYTRA strives to keep the Platform available 24/7, but does not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to:

• Carry out scheduled maintenance with prior notice
• Temporarily suspend the service for emergency maintenance
• Modify or discontinue features with prior notice

Technical support is provided by email during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 CET).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QUALYTRA SOCIEDAD LIMITADA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. QUALYTRA's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for complying with their tax obligations. QUALYTRA provides tools but does not offer tax advice.

12. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. QUALYTRA complies with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect users' data.

13. Modificaciones

QUALYTRA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified 30 days in advance by email. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Zaragoza, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them.
